[666.8] In 1824 Harriston self-published a volume called "The steam-boat traveller's remembrancer : containing, poems descriptive of the principal watering places visited by the steam-boats from Glasgow / by William Harriston, author of The fortunate ploughman; The intended emigrants; Wallace, or the Knights of Ellerslie; The king's arrival, or The crowded metropolis; The city mirror, or Glasgow in miniature; Poems on various subjects, &c. ..."
