Albion traded to Largs under Captain Cumming. She had a Lion as a figurehead. With her two funnels athwartships and paddle wheels of adjustable height to suit her loading. She plied between Glasgow and Largs (see map)  until 1835 but was criticised for lack of speed. {i}
