The broadside names the air as "Cork Leg". The source does not mention a chorus but one is needed in order to fit the words to the tune. The chorus of other songs set to Cork Leg is 

         Ri too ral loo ra lo ra lay
         Ri too ra loo-ra
         Ri too ra loo-ra lay

The piece is much more suited to recitation than to being sung (especially to such a poor tune as Cork Leg). It seems likely that the printer just names the first tune that came into his head
